I founded this business out of a deep passion and dedication to helping others achieve their goals. I believe everyone deserves equal opportunities, regardless of physical or non-physical disabilities. Too often, there are not enough leaders to support the individuals I aim to assist. My commitment is to ensure that disabilities do not prevent anyone from reaching their lifetime goals.

Our employment services are available to help participants with disabilities find and keep jobs that align with their unique strengths, abilities, interests, and informed choices, all within a competitive and integrated work environment.

PRE- PLACEMENT TRAINING

Our pre-placement training program equips you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the job market. We offer tailored workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette, ensuring you’re fully prepared to secure and excel in your desired job. Let us help you take the first step toward a successful career. 



ON-THE-JOB TRAINING

A hands-on approach of teaching the skills, knowledge and competencies required to excel within the workplace. Trainees gain practical experience in a real, or simulated, working environment where they perform job duties under the guidance of a job coach, supervisor, colleague, or other experienced employee.

At Men and Women of Courage Incorporated, our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities—ranging from slight impairments like bipolar disorder to severe challenges such as paralysis or deafness—by connecting them with meaningful employment opportunities. How it works

HERE ARE THE STEPS!

  • How to apply: Individuals must go through Vocational Rehabilitation services.

  • Assignment: They will be assigned a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.

  • Evaluation: A licensed psychologist will evaluate the individual's needs.

  • Vendor Selection: The counselor will ask the individual to choose a vendor.

  • Service Provision: Based on the psychologist's report, I will provide the recommended services.

  • Contact Process: No scheduling is needed; simply fill out the web form, and I will reach out.

Despite his paralysis, he constantly asked me to help him find a suitable job. His determination and resilience inspired me to start this business. His life didn’t end when he lost his full abilities, and neither should anyone else’s. We must move forward, and I am here to help.
